Delete your account

If you use SnagSaver, you can ask us to delete your account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how to submit that request to Nuvion Labs, consistent with our Privacy Policy (April 2026).

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email from the address you used to register (recommended), or clearly identify the email or phone number tied to your SnagSaver account.
  2. Use the subject line: SnagSaver account deletion request.
  3. In the message, state that you want your SnagSaver account and associated data permanently deleted. You may include your display name if it helps us match your account.

What happens next

We will verify ownership of the account where reasonable and then process the deletion. When deletion is complete, your account and associated personal data held for SnagSaver will be permanently removed, in line with our Privacy Policy.

You may also request access to or correction of your personal information using the same contact address. Australian Privacy Principles apply to how we handle these requests.
